The Migration

february 6-9

Building a bridge back West, the exhibit will explore the theme of Migration and its importance to survival. Migration encapsulates a rich tapestry of themes—identity, displacement, belonging, and activism—THE MIGRATION group exhibition invites artists to reflect deeply on their own understandings of home and community.

The New Orleans exhibit leading up to Super Bowl LIX will be held at Kofi's new creative residency, Tola in the New Orleans Arts District.

“THE MOVEMENT”, a proclamation and acknowledgment of the Black art movement across fine art, entertainment, music and fashion - creating an environment that champions the works of artists that have not only paved the way of where we’re from, but also those who represent where we are and where we’re going. A collaborative curation from Josiah David Jones, Nakeyta Moore and Kofi Siriboe.

The 3-day celebration will include panels and performances from cultural leaders including:
Lisane Basquiat, Patrisse Cullors, Destination Crenshaw, Butter Art Fair and more.
